- Type and material: You’ll select the type of memorial you’d like made, the material it’s made out of, and what colour it is. We have many options to choose from, so we recommend browsing our catalogue to better familiarize yourself with them.
- Font and Style: From there you’ll select which font and engraving options you’d like your memorial for your loved one to have. We have numerous options and styles to choose from and encourage you to take some time to look through them.
- Design and installation: Once you’ve finalized your selections we’ll begin designing and installing your memorial right away. Our expert craftsman will take great care in constructing the memorial for your loved one, and will expertly place it so it’s perfectly aligned and secure.
- Guaranteed satisfaction: Once the memorial is finished and in place, we’ll send you a photo of it via email or text message to make sure you’re pleased with how it looks. If you have any issues or concerns, we’ll rectify them immediately. No, we require a 50 percent deposit once the headstone design has been finalized and the remaining amount is due upon delivery or installation.
For an in-stock memorial, it takes two weeks from the time we receive all your information for your headstone to be completed. For a custom headstone, it usually takes 8-10 weeks.

Our owners, Marc and Melanie, have worked in the funeral industry in various capacities for the past 25 years. In addition to running Europa Memorial, Marc also serves as the director of cemeteries for the Eparchy of Edmonton, while Melanie is an associate professor of music at The King’s University.
